Supervisors approve stimulus bonds for Kohl’s solar project

With little fanfare Tuesday, the San Joaquin County Board of Supervisors allowed a solar company to borrow up to $1 million of federal stimulus money to install solar equipment at the Lodi Kohl’s store.
