Cortland State makes Kiplinger’s best buy list

SUNY Cortland is starting the new year on a roll. The college announced today that Kiplinger’s Personal Finance magazine just ranked the Central New York school as one of the nation’s 100 best values in public colleges for the fourth straight year.
